Reiki & Craniosacral
Reiki and Craniosacral Therapy
Reiki and Craniosacral Therapy are both forms of energy therapy or energy healing. What does that mean? There is energy all around us and within us. These treatment modalities use your energy as well as the energy around us to balance your body, including your subtle body and energetic field, and assist you on your path to wellbeing.
Reiki
Energy and life force is within all of us and is all around us. Reiki could be described as channeling the life force, or energy, all around us to and through you. This is a passive form of therapy where you will lay on your back and then your belly while I very lightly lay my hands on you. At times, I will only hover over your body. You will experience relaxation, may some gentle sensations, and you may fall asleep. Reiki helps release stuck energy and bring to light areas in your life and body that need your attention. In this way, it addresses your physical, mental, and emotional self as well as your physical body, subtle body and energetic field.
Benefits included:

Craniosacral therapy
Craniosacral therapy is a form of energy therapy using your craniosacral rhythm to help balance your body, release fascial and myofascial tension/restrictions, and reduce stress and pain. You will lay on your back throughout the session. This is a light touch therapy where I will feel your craniosacral rhythm and gently encourage balance. You may feel soothing sensations, some release and at times just my light touch. Many times, clients fall asleep during the treatment due to it’s relaxing nature.
